Our highly skilled pastry chef makes our beautiful pastries, creating all the laminations by hand using french dry pastry butter to give the flakiest buttery layers. As well as the regular plain, almond and chocolate croissant, we mix it up by developing different flavours, shapes and styles every few weeks. New seasons are opportunities to bring new ideas so watch out for our summer fruit concoctions and our fabulous Christmas mince pie danish! We regularly trial new pastries and offer samples in store for customers to try.
